His 20+ years of experience includes bridge financing — CREVIAN Bridge™, rehab/construction underwriting, DSCR cash-flow lending, value-add retail acquisitions, and emerging sponsor capital formation.
Vijay specializes in analyzing underperforming or vacant retail assets, structuring NNN lease-up strategies, and helping investors unlock liquidity through efficient capital placement. His underwriting experience across multiple CRE asset classes supports a rigorous, data-driven approach that appeals to both private investors and institutional partners.
He is currently managing CREVIAN’s institutional-grade DSCR REFI FUNNEL™ rooted in disciplined underwriting, capital relationships, and a scalable buy–lease–refinance strategy targeting small-format retail assets leased to national tenants.
Vijay is a Certified Commercial Real Estate Advisor and California DRE-licensed (# 02118065) professional with a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and Certificate in Machine Learning for Trading from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Based in the Southwest, he advises investors, borrowers, and capital partners on commercial real estate transactions nationwide.

Institutions can now invest in CREVIAN Capital's borrower client-base and earn stable returns on secured assets via a fixed-income investment offering backed by institutional CRE credit.
